Melco Upgrades and news

Melco have now added Roon compatibility to their Music Servers in the latest version of their EX series of servers. EX provides an intelligent Music Server, and gives the ability to change the browse and search profiles for specific music genres. It also allows consistent management and updating of your music collection metadata. New Projectors from Sony

Sony have just launched 3 new projectors: The VPL-VW590ES, VPL-VW790ES, and the awesome 10,000 lumen VPL-GTZ380.

We have the new VPL-VW790ES installed in the showroom now, demonstrating its improved HDR handling.

Linn: New Majik DSM and LP12 offer extended

Linn have extended their offer of a free Karousel upgrade if you spend more than £3000 on Linn equipment – this offer originally for the Summer only, and has now been extended. We have Karousel bearings in stock (£750), and can install it into your LP12 within a couple of hours…

We now have the new Linn Majik DSM available for a Covid Secure audition in our showroom. This is a complete re-design of the Majik DSM with a similar footprint to the Selekt DSM, and the handy shortcut buttons on the front.

The Linn Majik LP12 has a new tonearm – called the Krane, this is based on the Clearaudio Satisfy, and it looks like it will be an excellent an upgrade to the Majik level LP12. This will be available from November.
