You’ll be pleasantly surprised when our team of installation engineers arrives – you’ll find them to be skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. We recognise that we’re not installing commodity items – simple boxes and cables – we’re creating bespoke systems that will enhance the quality and value of your home.
Everything we install is fully covered by the manufacturers’ warranties, and we warrant our own workmanship for two years. Should you require any part of your system replacing, upgrading or expanding – you’ll also experience the same levels of professionalism in our customer support service.
We feel passionately that systems should be easy and reliable to use. However should anything go wrong you can rely on us to do what we can to fix it. We pride ourselves on our after sales customer support service, and even where equipment goes obsolete, we try to go the extra mile to keep our customers satisfied.
Our background is in electronics design and manufacturing, so we are able to support our systems to a far higher degree than most shops. This is also reflected by our quality standards: we are (we think) the only company in this market that has BS EN ISO9001:2008 accreditation, so you can be sure we do what we say we will do, and if things go wrong, we will do all in our power to remedy the situation, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
